Do I have to tell my doctor about medications I order from you?
We’ll always give you the option for us to inform your family physician about any medication you get from us. You don’t have to do this for most medications we offer, but we generally recommend that you do. Just because it helps them (and us) to continue giving you the best possible care. There are certain medications we offer which we’ll need to tell your doctor about if we prescribe them for you. This is to help us and your doctor make sure you’re being issued these medications in a safe way.
My medication hasn't worked.
If you feel like your medication isn’t working well, we want to know. We recommend dropping our clinician a message from your account, so they can help you find the right solution.

I want to change my subscription.
You can do this from your account, by selecting the ‘Edit’ option on your treatments dashboard. From here, you can request to change the dose, quantity, delivery frequency, or even the medication itself. When you make a change here, it then goes to our clinician for review.

There's a problem with my delivery.
You can follow the progress of your order using the tracking link from your courier. But if you haven’t received your order or have any other problems, drop us a message from your account, and do everything we can to help.
